Step 3 - call or come by to order, or simply throw caution to the wind and put together a custom box with anything you like!   The Best of the Boot A selection of delicious Italian cheeses such as our Bonati Parmigiano-Reggiano, Taleggio, Bianco Sardo, Pecorino Romano, and Bra Duro.  Also included is the traditional Italian accompaniment of Mostarda to complement the cheese.   Viva España Tantalizing Spanish cheeses like Zamorano, Garrotxa, Leonora, Valdeon or Mahon Reserva fill this box, along with Spanish favorites of Quince preserves to accompany your Spanish cheeses.   Parlez-vous français?
