December Classes

 

The Dean of Education at Scardello has proudly announced the December schedule. All classes are $25 per person. Reservations with a credit card to hold your spots are required. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. We are also happy to put together a private class for a you and a group of your friends. Please call 214.219.1300 to reserve a spot today!

 

Cheesemonger's Birthday Surprise
Wednesday, December 2nd, 7pm
When it's your birthday, you get what you want. So join me as we taste my favorite cheeses, paired with my favorite wines. It's a night of dealers choice- cheesemonger style! 
 

Cheese 101
Wednesday, December 9th, 7pm
Join us as we nibble our way through the different cheese types. Experience comparative tastings of cheese and out of the ordinary items that will help you focus in on the distinct flavors of each cheese type. We will cover the basics on how cheese is made and answer questions about cheese pairing fundamentals. Of course there will be soothing libations provided to be enjoyed in the relaxing atmosphere of the shop!

 

Cheese and Wine of the Northwest
Wednesday, December 16th, 7pm
The Northwest has a bounty of great cheese and fantastic wine. Get a feel for the terroir of the Washington and Oregon as we taste loads of cheeses paired with wines from this beautiful and verdant part of the country.

Private Events and Parties Don't know what to do this year for your holiday party for friends or co-workers? Plan a private class or party at Scardello! We can handle all of the details and make your party planning a breeze. For a private class all you need is 12 people at $25 per person. We will do any class we have done in the past. Cheese 101 to Spanish wine and cheese, we can make your crowd happy. For parties we can put together trays of pressed sandwiches, cheese trays and more. So call for more info or to hold a date!
